About Allian Pens and Pens Plus
Allian Pens is a subisiary of Pens Plus LLC and is owned and operated by Allen & Lillian Gross of Delray Beach, FL, USA. We specialize in one-of-a-kind and rare limited edition pens from soldout editions, as well as direct factory closeouts.
We ship daily via Insured Federal Express and United ParelService and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and United States Postal money orders (only from domestic buyers)for payment. Returns are acceptable, please see our return policy for details.

Special orders:
We are happy to special order any pen from those manufactures that we currently represent. However, special order items are not returnable unless defective. In that case they must be returned directly to the manufacturer or their US distributor for replacement, in order to comply with their warranty requirements.
Warranty:
The only warranties offered or implied by Pens Plus are those that are offered by the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us for specific information.
Return Policy:
You must be completely satisfied with you purchase or notify us within 72 hours of receipt with your intent to return an item. The item must be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. All returns must have original and undamaged boxes, and full documentation as sent. No returns will be accepted on special orders, or inked/dipped pens.
Ordering Information:
Orders can be accepted daily by phone 561-699-2666 during business hours. Before or after business hours orders can be emailed to Pens Plus or faxed 561-638-0409. When ordering by email or fax please provide full street address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted by fedex or ups), include your phone number with area code, and credit card number with expiration date. Also include full description and nib size of the item you wish to order. All paid orders received by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped within the continental USA will be shipped via ups ground service. Air service is available upon request. Our website is now licensed as a secured site by Thawte.
Because of the recent increase in fraudulent Internet purchases our credit card companies will no longer allow us to accept credit cards from anyone other that the person who's name appears on the card and we must ship only to the billing address of the card used. All purchases by credit card will be verified prior to shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship daily via Federal Express or UPS ground . All packages must be insured for the full purchase price. We will not falsify of alter customs documentation in any way. Buyers outside of the United States are responsible for paying any and all tariffs or duties on shipments. |
